Team Dragon yet again had a busy day on Sunday November 30th with 70 members taking their colour belt grading in Lincoln, and three of our team travelling to Leicester for the KTBF end of year finals. This was to be yet another good day for the trio who have just returned victorious from Greece.
Ben Smart took on all in the ring to notch up another win in the semi contact, and Dean Cain reached form winning the semi contact and taking a 2nd in the light continuous.
Tom Smart proved he was on top in the semi contact and with no-one to challenge him in the Light continuous, was allowed to go into the adult section. He showed all in his weight category that they had better look out, reaching the final and winning his second First of the day.

Dean Cain - 1st Semi contact and 2nd Light continuous
Tom Smart - 1st Semi contact and 1st Light Continuous

All I can say is, these lads have competed all year with or without me to coach them. They have proved that they can compete at any level and that they can coach each other whilst keeping a well balanced and professional approach (something that the Dragons are known for.)
I can't put into words how proud I am of these lads, and all the team we have.
