Black Belt Grading March 2007
Magnificent Two join Black Belt Team!

Two of the Black Dragon students went down to Cheltenham in March for the coveted Black belt grading. The grading and seminar was held over two days with some 14 hours of line work, blocking counter drills, self defence both with and without weapons, sparring, and lastly stamina and fitness tests.

The two Dragon students: 10 year old Jordan Kelham and 30-year-old Paul Mayfield showed the grading panel why they should be awarded their 1st Dan black belts.

Jordan is a student of Dragons chairman Pete Cook, and Paul is a student of instructor Colin Muress. Both instructors said how proud they were of the students after shining throughout the grading.

Here are some pictures of Paul and Jordan at the grading.
