BLACK BELT GRADING OCTOBER 2007

Two more Dragons join the Black Belt Team!

Two of the Black Dragon students went down to Cheltenham in October for the coveted Black Belt grading. The grading and seminar was held over two days with some 14 hours of line work, blocking counter drills self defence both with and with out weapons, sparring and lastly stamina and fitness tests.

The two Dragons students: 11 year old Michael Thorne and 20-year-old Heather Brown, showed the grading panel why they should pass and be awarded their 1st Dan black belts. Michael and Heather are both students from our Robert Pattinson School in North Hykeham. Both students as always gave 100% and yet again showed the now expected standard from the Black Dragons. Well done and well deserved!
