Team Dragon presented a demo at Boutham Park in Lincoln on Saturday, 12th of July. The 30-strong team had 30 minutes to show what we had to offer. The demo consisted of warm up, stretching, line work, self defence, pad work and sparring.

The day went very well, and the audience gave great comments back. We have already been asked to attend next year!
